Designed to endure the pressure and temperature fluctuations encountered during transportation, our pipelines are subject to rigorous monitoring for leaks and other safety concerns, ensuring adherence to stringent safety, reliability, and environmental protection standards.

The construction of a cross-country pipeline involves several meticulously planned phases, each managed with precision to ensure the highest quality outcomes:

Surveying and Planning: We start with detailed surveying and planning, utilizing topographical maps, geological surveys, and other data. During this phase, we also address environmental, cultural, and community concerns to ensure a sustainable and respectful approach.

Clearing and Grading: The pipeline route is cleared of vegetation and obstacles, followed by grading the land to create a flat surface suitable for installation.

Trenching: We excavate a trench along the planned route, deep and wide enough to securely accommodate the pipeline.

Pipeline Installation: The pipeline segments are installed in the trench and welded together to form a continuous length. A protective coating is applied to prevent corrosion and other potential damages.

Testing and Commissioning: Before the pipeline becomes operational, it undergoes rigorous testing for leaks and defects to ensure it meets all safety and performance standards.

Through regular inspection and maintenance, we maintain the integrity and compliance of our cross-country pipelines.
